We are pleased to invite you to the 2026 Cedar Shake & Shingle Bureau Annual Trade Show & Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place October 14-15, 2026 in Chicago, Illinois at Sarabande Chicago. This highly anticipated event brings together members across the industry for two days of connection, education, and collaboration.

This event remains a cornerstone of the Bureau’s efforts to support and strengthen the cedar roofing and siding industry. It provides a valuable opportunity for members to engage with peers, exchange ideas, and stay informed on the latest developments shaping our industry.

Event Overview

Day 1 – Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Welcome Reception

The event will begin with the Annual General Meeting (AGM), a key session where members can participate in important organizational matters. This session offers valuable insight into the Bureau’s progress, priorities, and overall direction. Members are encouraged to share feedback and raise any topics they would like addressed.

Following the AGM, attendees are invited to join us for a casino-themed Welcome Reception, designed to kick off the event in style. Guests will enjoy cocktails and appetizers while taking part in classic casino games such as roulette, poker, blackjack and crips. Attendees will have the chance to win raffle prizes throughout the evening, all while connecting with industry peers in a relaxed and engaged setting.

Day 2 – Trade Show & Educational Sessions

The second day will be dedicated entirely to the Trade Show and educational programming, offering a dynamic and engaging experience for all attendees.

A showcase of latest innovations, products, accessories, and services within the cedar shake and shingle industry. The trade show floor provides a valuable space to connect with suppliers, explore new solutions, and strengthen industry relationships.
