The CSSB administers a 20/25 year limited product warranty. Homeowners can obtain this 20/25 year limited product warranty when their Certi-label™ products are installed by a CSSB Approved Installer.

If you are having a pressure impregnated treated product installed, ensure that you also contact the treatment company to obtain its treatment warranty.

Overview for CSSB-administered 20/25 year limited warranty submissions:
  • Installation MUST be completed by a CSSB Approved Installer AND the following paperwork must be submitted:
    • Copy of the homeowner invoice/contract
    • Three labels: Starter, Field and Hip & Ridge (see limited product warranty details for product specifications)
